The Expense Reimbursement form should be used if you have incurred
expenses for an event or Eagle Group activity and you need to be
reimbursed - money is due back to you.
CHECK REQUEST FORM [pdf]
The Check Request form should be used if you need to have
a check made out to a vendor or other 3rd party - money is due to
someone else other than you.
MEMBERSHIP
Welcome to the St. John School Eagle Group. As a
parent of a St. John School student, you are a member of the Eagle
Group. The Eagle Group represents all St. John parents and teachers
with its main objective to enrich the educational and spiritual
experience of our students.
Membership in the Eagle Group falls under one of
the following: Board Member, Committee Chair, Event Chair, Parent
Volunteer, General Parent Population, or St. John School Teacher.
Membership Meetings and Communications
The Eagle Group holds parent meetings during the
school year, which are announced in advance. As an Eagle Group member,
your attendance is recommended.
You will receive information about Eagle Group activities
through your weekly white envelope by means of the school newsletter,
as well as our monthly Eagle group newsletter. If you have any questions
or comments for the Eagle Group board or committee members, you
may call them directly, or leave a note for them at the school office.
Your Eagle Group Involvement
As a member of the Eagle Group, you determine your
level of involvement. Every one of our St. John parents is blessed
with talents that are beneficial to our school and our children.
Whether it be a position on the Eagle Group Board, an Event or Committee
Chair, or any one of the many volunteers that are needed each day…all
are much appreciated by our school and children. Listed below are
the Eagle Group Board positions as well as some of the many Eagle
Group activities that need your help.
